3 sets 8-10 reps of weighted chinups(lats+traps)
3-4 sets 10-12 reps barbell rows(traps)
15,12,10 reps dumbell pullovers(lats)
3-4 sets of 10-12 reps straight arm lat pulldowns(lats)
2-3 sets of 10-12 reps wide upright rolls(lower traps)
3sets 12-15 reps of romanian deadlifts superset with good mornings(lower back)

Pros and cons of bodybuilding
cons:
-grocery bills
-supplements
-post soreness
-almost killing youself every session
-early wakeups
-constantly eating
-putting aside other activities for gym
pros:
-To see how strong you are physically and mentally

Plank pushup
These are great for a upperbody and core exercise( core tight+balancing opposing forces). Place you feet flat against the wall about 10-20 cm above the ground, whilst keeping your feet flat and core tight do a pushup and another and another….

Mums recipe
Sick of eating plain chicken breasts?,im sure i do here is a simple recipe to add flavour without spoiling your nutrition values:
1) chop up ginger,garlic (finely)and shallots (roughly)
2) Get a small saucepan and put half a cm of good extra virgin olive oil or other good oils
3) Get it piping hot,throw in garlic and ginger(until gold),add challots and stir through
4)Add some salt(optional)
