for that person who asked 3 sets 8-10 reps of weighted chinups(lats+traps) 3-4 sets 10-12 reps barbell rows(traps) 15,12,10 reps dumbell pullovers(lats) 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps straight arm lat pulldowns(lats) 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps wide upright rolls(lower traps) 3sets 12-15 reps of romanian deadlifts superset with good mornings(lower back)

Pros and cons of bodybuilding
cons: -grocery bills -supplements -post soreness -almost killing youself every session -early wakeups -constantly eating -putting aside other activities for gym pros: -To see how strong you are physically and mentally Yeah id say its all worth it!

Plank pushup
These are great for a upperbody and core exercise( core tight+balancing opposing forces). Place you feet flat against the wall about 10-20 cm above the ground, whilst keeping your feet flat and core tight do a pushup and another and another…. you’re welcome :)
